Shipping Policy
Processing Time
The processing time for preparing the order for shipping is 5 - 7 business days, but usually we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that we only process and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday, not including weekends or holidays.
Cancellations
To ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible your order can neither be cancelled nor changed. Also the delivery address and the delivery conditions cannot be changed afterwards. To avoid errors, please check your details thoroughly before completing your order.
Do you still want to cancel? You can return unwanted items to us within 14 days. Here you will find all the information concerning returns.
Sold out products
In rare cases it may happen that an item is already sold out, but is still shown as available in the store. We are very sorry if this was your case. The purchase amount will be credited to the payment method you used to place your order.
Delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Estimated shipping times
Shipping is proceeding by GLS, UPS and Austrian Postal Service. It takes 2-10 days to deliver your order, depending on destination Country.
Europe: 2-7 business days
USA: 7-9 business days
Canada: 5-9 business days
Tynesia: 5-7 business days
Israel: 10-15 business days

NOTE: If the buyer decides to return products within 14 days and keeps less than 3 products from their original order, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs, which will be deducted from their refund amount.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damages
Strictly Influential is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship outside Europe only with Austrian Postal Service.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognised as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Strictly Influential will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Other information
If for reasons of force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to ship the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail. Strictly Influential does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is beyond its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
What if I didn’t receive the parcel?
At first you could try to contact your local post office or shipping carrier. Provide your track number and they will be able to tell you where your parcel is and how to find out the reason why it wasn’t delivered. If you did not pick up the parcel for a long time, it could be sent back to us. In that case we can send it back on arrival but you will have to pay for the shipping again.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at contact@strictlyinfluential.com.
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete.
