Returns

Customers are allowed to return purchases within 14 days but are responsible for all associated shipping charges, taxes and fees. In case of a defective product the return / exchange will be free of charge.


Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, tights, bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, bras, babydoll, bodysuits, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves, bags, shoes) for health/hygiene reasons. No changes/returns are made on sale items or gift cards.

Conditions of return

Products must be unused and in a resellable condition with all packaging and labels attached. If the product has been used or it lacks the aforementioned features, we cannot accept the return. Please note that if you have pets in your household, you should protect the clothes from pet hair due to potential allergies of other customers. Products that have pet hair/dust will not be accepted for return. If the return is not accepted for the aforementioned reasons, we will send the product(s) back to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return and re-delivery costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@strictlyinfluential.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please use for the return the same packaging we send to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return/Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the items, we notify you if the refund is approved or not, as well as of the number of returned items and the amount to be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by the same payment method you used to make the initial purchase. The refund may take up to 8 to 10 working days from the receipt of our Email to show up in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@strictlyinfluential.com.

How can I exchange a wrong or defective product?

If you receive the wrong product, a defective product, a product of a different color, you will have to inform us of the above problems within 7 days after receiving the parcel. To confirm the problem, you will also need to send us photos of the product, after which we will approve the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The exchange cannot be continued until we receive the original product in good condition. Please use for the exchange the same packaging we send to you.

Sizing

Size may significantly vary between brands. Consult the size chart of each item before placing the order. We are not responsible for wrong size orders.
