How can I pay for my purchases?

1. Credit Card payment: You can choose to pay online with your credit card.
2. PayPal: You can choose to pay via your PayPal account.
3. Bank deposit

Depending on the value of your order, you deposit the total amount of the order in the account of our company, and then we send you the products. Send us the copy of the bank payment order by email to with visible the Order Number and the Name of the Depositor in the reason of the deposit. Once we receive the copy, we will ship your order.

REASON: Name of the Depositor & Order Number Caution!

The name of the depositor and the order number should be indicated on the proof of deposit as a reason. In case the depositor chooses to pay by bank transfer, any bank expenses are paid exclusively by the depositor.

NOTE: When you place an order and choose to pay by deposit we reserve the products for you until payment is completed. In case of non-payment of the order within 3 working days from the date of placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified by email.

How can I exchange a wrong or defective product?

If you receive the wrong product, a defective product, a product of a different color, you will have to inform us of the above problems within 7 days after receiving the parcel. To confirm the problem, you will also need to send us photos of the product, after which we will approve the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The exchange cannot be continued until we receive the original product in good condition. Please use for the exchange the same packaging we send to you.

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail and provide you with a tracking number so you can check at any time where your order is.

What are the delivery methods?

Shipping is proceeding by GLS, UPS, and Austrian Postal Service. It takes 2-10 days to deliver your order, depending on the destination country.

Can I save an item on my personal wishlist?

Remember, items in your Shopping Cart or your Wishlist are not being reserved for you, so it is not guaranteed that you will find them available when you are ready to proceed with the purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

To ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible your order can neither be cancelled nor changed. Also the delivery address and the delivery conditions cannot be changed afterwards. To avoid errors, please check your details thoroughly before completing your order.

What if I didn’t receive the parcel?

At first you could try to contact your local post office or shipping carrier. Provide your track number and they will be able to tell you where your parcel is and how to find out the reason why it wasn’t delivered. If you did not pick up the parcel for a long time, it could be sent back to us. In that case we can send it back on arrival but you will have to pay for the shipping again. Where are our clothes made? All of our clothes and shoes are strictly manufactured in Europe.
